The body does not forget how you learned to cope.
We are looking forward to explore this deeper with @ianara_lifecoaching 🤍
Holding it together.
Staying composed.
Filtering what you feel before it reaches the surface.
These are not random habits.
They are organized responses—
patterns that once made things manageable.
At the same time, other parts remain active underneath:
sensations that were ignored,
emotions that were postponed,
impulses that had no space to complete.
This 3-hour EmoFlow workshop works with these layers directly.
Through somatic awareness, guided movement, and parts work, attention is brought to how these patterns are held in the body—and how different internal states take over at different moments.
What often emerges is not something new, but something already present:
– tension that maintains stability
– emotional intensity that has no pathway
– internal “parts” that were excluded to keep functioning intact
The process is not expressive for the sake of expression, and not corrective.
It is based on increasing differentiation and integration:
staying in contact with physical sensation,
recognizing shifts between internal states,
and allowing multiple parts to coexist without immediate suppression.
This changes regulation capacity at a structural level—not by removing responses, but by expanding tolerance for them.
This workshop may be relevant if you notice:
• a persistent distance from your body despite self-awareness
• reliance on control, thinking, or holding patterns to stay stable
• difficulty staying with emotions without either shutting down or escalating
• a sense that parts of you remain unintegrated or inaccessible
